Artist's Comments

This is me in my Halloween costume. The make-up is self-applied, I made the coin myself (well, I scratched the back off of it anyway), and the suit was needlessly expensive - I'm not sure when I bought it.
I decided to go as Two-Face because I've been loosing the hair on the left side of my face since August, except that when I actually examined myself in the mirror, I found that a lot of it had grown back. Still, I had resolved to do this thing, so I went ahead with it.
This is not as good as it could have been. I had originally gotten a lot of face putty to do facial scarring and I had a cotton-swab stick and rubber band to pull my cheek open to give it a torn look, except that when I had all that put together, I couldn't talk with it, and I had to deliver an oral presentation (on children's folk-games, of all things) today, so I had to take it off and just settle for the face-paint.
Now that I think about it, I don't know why I didn't take a picture with the putty on . . .
Oh well.
Still, it was cool. I was the only person who dressed up as Two-Face in my area. I was also one of only seven people on campus who dressed up at all, although at the mall where I work, I saw at least 36 Batmans and 13 jokers.

You know, it's funny because I saw someone else dressed up as the new Joker for Halloween.

I told you I'd shoot!
Why didn't you believe me?!
:iconfreyad-dryden:
Yeah, I saw a lot of Jokers. But way more Batmans. It was apparently a popular subject this year.

Me: That's interesting, 'cause with me, I didn't get any superpowers until after I went insane.

Sensei: That's because those aren't superpowers; you're just a nutcase.

The movie was big. BIG!

No kidding. I loved it myself.

Yeah, I thought so, too.
I never really noticed until I looked at it, but I look really young for my age. I'm in my mid-twenties, but I look like a teenager.

Must have been difficult to get the makeup off your ear afterwards :giggle:

Well, looking young is a good thing isn't it? :D
It's the same for me, the busdriver wanted to gell me a childrens ticked on my ride home from my brother :XD:
I was honest and told him how old I was, but he said I could ride on the childrens ticket anyway :D

Getting the makeup off was quite a challange, but it came eventually.
I really don't care how I look so much, but this might explain why people don't take me seriously at job interviews.
